After winning the bid, our company made preliminary technical and production arrangements in accordance with the requirements of Wuhan No.2 Ship Design and Research Institute on the system composition, technical characteristics, interface and other technical requirements, as well as the provisions and requirements of equipment technical support and maintenance, and finally delivered the goods according to the standard of contract acceptance.  

The research system of laminated busbar high-capacity transmission technology mainly consists of the following components:  

1. 1 set of partial discharge test bench  

2. One set of insulation test bench  

3. One set of pressure test bench  

4, Inductance, capacitance and resistance test bench 1 set  

5. One set of thermal imaging platform for temperature testing  

The system mainly completes the following functions:  

1. Able to complete partial discharge performance test of modular laminated bus in the whole section of large current, high voltage and large size power cable;  

2. Able to complete the insulation and voltage performance test of the modular laminated bus in the main section of large current, high voltage and large size power cable;  

3. Be able to test and verify the inductance and capacitance resistance of the modular laminated bus in the whole section of large current, high voltage and large size power cable;  

4. It can complete the thermal examination and verification of the modular laminated bus in the whole section of the power cable with large current, high voltage and size, and observe the internal heating state of the module through thermal imaging equipment.
